How do I know when my order will be delivered?
For local delivery, we typically deliver on the same day as long as your order is placed before 6:00 pm from Monday to Saturday and 3:00 pm every Sunday in all New Jersey store locations. In Napa Valley, we guarantee 2-hour delivery in St. Helena and same-day delivery by 6:30 pm throughout the rest of Napa Valley. We will send you an email and SMS message with the tracking link when your order is out for delivery.
For orders placed via national shipping, delivery times will vary. We process orders within 24-48 hours before giving them to our national shipping carriers to ship. Your order fulfillment email will contain a shipment tracking number.
