Return & Restocking Policy

To help offset non-refundable transaction fees imposed by credit card processors, a 4% restocking fee will be applied to select returns processed via credit card. This fee applies only to non-defective, non-erroneous returns and will be deducted from the total refund amount. Returns made using cash are not subject to this fee.

Please note:
  1. No restocking fee will be charged for returns involving defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise unsatisfactory products, provided they are reported within a reasonable timeframe.
  2. All returns must comply with our general return policy, which may include time limits, proof of purchase, and product condition requirements.
  3. Items must be unopened and in saleable condition unless the return is due to a product issue.
