Return & Restocking Policy
To help offset non-refundable transaction fees imposed by credit card processors, a 4% restocking fee will be applied to select returns processed via credit card. This fee applies only to non-defective, non-erroneous returns and will be deducted from the total refund amount. Returns made using cash are not subject to this fee.
Please note:
- No restocking fee will be charged for returns involving defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise unsatisfactory products, provided they are reported within a reasonable timeframe.
- All returns must comply with our general return policy, which may include time limits, proof of purchase, and product condition requirements.
- Items must be unopened and in saleable condition unless the return is due to a product issue.
