I just placed an online order with you. Why was my credit card charged multiple times?

After you place an order, we authorize a small amount to your credit card to ensure that it is valid. Next, we authorize a pending charge for the full order plus an amount of up to $15. The additional amount provides us flexibility should we need to swap out products that are more expensive. Ultimately, only the correct charge will be processed to your account - the other pending charges will be removed.
