Do I need to be home when my order is delivered?
All packages containing alcohol must be signed for by an adult over the age of 21.
Many customers choose to have their orders shipped to their work address so an adult can sign for it. If an order is delivered to a home address and no adult is present, the carrier will make two additional delivery attempts on consecutive business days. The carrier will leave a door tag with their contact number, allowing the recipient to arrange pickup at the local facility. Packages can be held for up to five days for pickup. If the package is not picked up within this time, it will be returned to us, and additional shipping fees will apply for reshipping.
