Address Changes and Shipping Corrections

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at the time an order is placed. If an address change or correction is requested after an order has been processed or shipped, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the request but cannot guarantee that the carrier will be able to make the change.

Any carrier fees, shipping charges, return-to-sender fees, or reshipment costs resulting from an incorrect address or a customer-requested address change may be charged to the customer.

If an order is returned to us because the address provided was incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable, the customer may be responsible for both the original shipping charges and any costs associated with returning or reshipping the order.

No additional fees will be charged when an address or shipping error was caused by Gary's Wine & Marketplace.
